The non-rotating steel wire rope features a linear contact design with a combination of thick and thin wires. Compared to a 6-strand rope of the same diameter, it offers a 30% increase in density and breaking strength, superior wear resistance, and prevents wire breakage from protruding.

The main structures of non rotating steel wire ropes include 35W × 7, 18 × 7, 18 × 19S, etc. Among them, 35W × 7 adopts a secondary forming process, which is better than the early three forming structures of 34 × 7 and 35 × 7.
